Meldonium: Did Rubens know?

Obviously, Sir Peter Paul Rubens had no clue.


He did his paintings in the 1600s.


No meldonium.


No WADA.


No specially designed drugs.


Eat. Drink. Enjoy being big.


What did the models of his paintings use to become so “allegorical”?
